Warranty Period

All LED display products sold by Cynoled are covered by a comprehensive [2-Year] Manufacturer’s Warranty, beginning from the date of the final invoice.

Scope of Warranty (What is Covered)

This warranty covers failures due to manufacturing defects in either materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, Cynoled will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any confirmed defective components or products.

This coverage includes:

  • Defective LED lamps, modules, and internal components (e.g., power supplies, receiving cards).
  • Failures resulting from normal, intended use of the product.
  • The cost of replacement parts and factory labor required for the repair.
  • After repairing or replacing a product, Cynoled will cover the cost of standard ground shipping to return the product to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

  • This warranty is conditional upon proper storage, installation, use, and maintenance. The warranty shall be void if the product failure is a result of any of the following:
  • Improper Installation or Handling: Damage caused during installation, or damage resulting from incorrect wiring, inadequate voltage, or operation outside of specified environmental parameters.
  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, dropping, or transport after initial delivery.
  • Unauthorized Modification or Repair: Any repair, alteration, or modification performed by personnel not authorized by [Your Company Name].
  • Force Majeure / Acts of God: Damage resulting from natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, fire, flood, earthquake, or war.
  • External Factors: Damage caused by power surges, electrical shorts, or use with incompatible third-party hardware or software.
  • Cosmetic Damage & Normal Wear: Scratches, dents, or normal degradation of brightness and color over time that does not impact the product’s core functionality.
  • Shipping Costs to Us: The cost of shipping defective products to a Cynoled designated repair facility is the responsibility of the customer.
